Simple but unbelievably delicious! A baked French Toast is so easy and a great thing to serve for brunch during the colder months. You can totally make it ahead too! Let the bread soak everything up in the fridge the night before.
Here's a fun twist that I think you'll love:
Ingredients
1 Loaf of French Bread Sliced
2 eggs
3 cups of whole milk
Vanilla
Salt
*A splash of coffee creamer* (the Fall flavors are so fun but totally optional)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Arrange pieces of sliced toast in a buttered baking dish.
Whisk the wet ingredients together in a bowl and pour over top of the bread slices.
Before baking, top with : brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and a few glugs of apple cider.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes covered, and another 10 uncovered for extra browning.
